Iâve tried calling multiple times, but nobody picks up. I live in Park Lane Village and have been parking in the Park Lane Commons parking lot (always empty) for the last five months, with no issues. I assumed that parking lot was for Park Lane Village with the sign having a very similar name as my complex. Come to find out, it is Park Place Livings parking lot. When the sign says nothing about that complex and no information on it. Somebody left a no parking notice sticker on my window of my car and the sticker is very difficult to remove requiring a razor blade and grease. Itâs extremely sticky adhesive, also right in my blind spot view. I am extremely frustrated with the situation.

Been here for 3 years and I love the new management! Apartment is clean and great to have new management on site!! He's great and gets things done most importantly he cares about the tenants!! Thanks for keeping up with the cleanliness and especially a place where we feel safe!! Shout Out To The New Management.. U Know who You Are "M" Love Bo :)

Professional Management and Noticeable Improvements- Since the new management team took over, there has been a marked improvement in both service and overall property upkeep. They are professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing residentsâ needs. The community feels well cared for, and itâs clear the new team is committed to maintaining a high standard. A very positive change. Management has been great with communication and helpful in all aspects.

Cory is extremely rude. I called here today cause I wanted to tour and already prescheduled with their online service which Cory told me should be âout of serviceâ. He has no sense of customer service. I called multiple times no one answered when I finally catch his call he proceeds to say âIâve been trying to call youâ as if Iâm the one thatâs hard to reach. He didnât care to make sure there was a good time set up telling me he has something to do so just acting outright impatient. I showed up to tour the unit and sent a text to make sure I was going into the right area he just says âJust come in the front door and up to the 3rd floor.â As if I know where Iâm going. He showed me the unit in a rush not even treating me as a future customer/renter. I shouldâve left and not even toured or called back another day to tour with someone else other than Cory. Overall a 0/10 experience.

Location, Location, Location! It is said living in a walkable community can really contribute to quality of life and I couldn't agree more! I have really enjoyed Park Place Living! My mountain views and large balcony were incredible! The location is perfect if you like being able to walk less than a mile to stores, restaurants, and a great hospital. There is a great walking/biking trail right by the property that provides access to Station Park. It is also a short walk to a Front Runner stop providing easy access to downtown and beyond. The location enabled me to easily live car free for my entire lease term. The fixtures are all upgraded and nothing feels cheap. Maintenance is very kind, extremely responsive, and even helped me with an unwanted spider. This apartment has the cleanest common areas I have ever seen. Management is accommodating and respectful with disability requests. There are hallway cameras and the doors lock at night which makes it feel very safe. It seems to bother another that the outside is well lit but as a resident this is only a benefit. The interior of the building is well decorated and with the Thrift Store across the street there are constant opportunities to buy items for your apartment.
