Living here has been very enjoyable! The management here is accommodating, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a luxury apartment experience without the luxury prices! Very affordable rates. The units are very nice featuring brand new white granite kitchen counters, a spacious master bed room and living room, a bathroom with stylish lighting fixtures and really nice white marble flooring. Plus it’s in a wonderful location!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The new management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is super convenient. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to live!

I’ve tried calling multiple times, but nobody picks up. I live in Park Lane Village and have been parking in the Park Lane Commons parking lot (always empty) for the last five months, with no issues. I assumed that parking lot was for Park Lane Village with the sign having a very similar name as my complex. Come to find out, it is Park Place Livings parking lot. When the sign says nothing about that complex and no information on it. Somebody left a no parking notice sticker on my window of my car and the sticker is very difficult to remove requiring a razor blade and grease. It’s extremely sticky adhesive, also right in my blind spot view. I am extremely frustrated with the situation.
